What This Course Delivers
Accreditation
ICF Accredited
2bAPC - Level 1 and 2 are ICF accredited coach education programmes. They provide pathways to achieving your Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) qualifications.
2bAPC - Level 1 Classroom Hours
30 Hours
2bAPC - Level 1 is delivered across 3.5 days in-person or 6 half-days online. These 30 face-to-face learning hours ensure you gain a deep understanding of the art and science behind executive performance coaching in an immersive and interactive learning experience.

Earn an ICF Level 1 Qualification with 2bAPC - Level 1
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) is recognised worldwide as the gold standard in professional coach education.
2bAPC - Level 1 is an ICF Level 1 Accredited Coach Education programme, providing a recognised pathway towards achieving your Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential.
To achieve your 2bAPC - Level 1 accreditation you need to complete:
- 30 face-to-face learning hours (these can take place in our in-person or online courses)
- 10 coach mentoring hours
- 20 self study hours
Once you have completed these you will be able to begin your journey towards an ICF Level 1 accreditation.
To achieve ICF Level 1 accreditation you must complete:
- 60 hours of ICF-approved Level 1 coach training
- 100 hours of logged coaching experience
- 10 hours of mentor coaching
- A final Coach Knowledge Assessment in the form of a performance evaluation and credential exam
Our 2b Limitless coaches will be with you every step of the way if you choose to pursue your path towards your ICF Level 1 accreditation.
For coaches wanting to continue their journey, 2b Limitless also offers an ICF Level 2 Upgrade pathway, supporting progression towards the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential.
Alongside ICF accreditation, the 2bAPC programme is also recognised by the CPD Standards Office UK for Training Excellence, reflecting our commitment to world-class coach education and professional standards.
